Known for their manufacture of dental cabinets and equipment, the American Cabinet Company was one the most respected medical furniture makers in the United States in the late 19th and early 20th century. This lovely little lab bench still retains the piping and nozzle for the integrated gas hook-up. The milk glass top provided non-porous surface on which to prepare solutions and several drawers and cabinets added convenient storage for raw materials. Made of solid oak, the original bin pulls bear the name of the American Cabinet Co. in cast iron.
