Hand carved from solid oak, the star feature of this unusual sconce is a hooded monk sitting atop a simple corbel. He holds a club in one hand and in his other outstretched hand, the lantern light of the sconce. The light itself is an arts and crafts style lantern with slag glass panels and has a pull chain for operation.
