These statement making throne chairs were manufactured by the Henderson-Ames Company of Kalamazoo, Michigan. Henderson-Ames was, in the late 19th and early 20th century, one of the country’s leading producers of uniforms and regalia. These oak and leather chairs were salvaged from a masonic lodge and have all the grandeur your living room can handle. Crafted in the early 20th century, they incorporate classical design elements, like an egg and dart cornice, with a header carved in low relief with foliated scrollwork.
