A very special beer indeed… Adam Scheidt brewery began producing Valley Forge Beer in the 1870’s and it had a secondary boom in the post-prohibition era in Pennsylvania. Valley Forge was brewed under Scheidt until they changed the name to Valley Forge and sold it to a Philadelphia brewing company, C. Schmidt & Sons, in the 1960’s. The beer was brewed by Schmidt all the way until 1980’s. Own a piece of US fermentation history today!
